This individual will join this well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential. Compensation: $480,000-$570,000 per year
