Overview:

The Triad Hospitalist (full time, part time, and/or relief) is responsible for providing exceptional care to Cone Health patients and completing all clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Provides multidisciplinary team coordination in assigned areas. Mentors Cone Health residents and students as needed. Uses independent judgment for diagnosis and treatment, formulates treatment plans, and directs interdisciplinary teams, including advanced practice providers, to achieve patient care goals. Models and upholds professional standards, including Medical Staff By-Laws, Service Excellence commitments, practice standards, and professional image standards. Participates in medical audits, quality improvement programs, peer reviews, and other assessments related to professional care standards. Engages in continuous improvement and evidence-based practices aiming for top-tier healthcare outcomes. Maintains records per MCHS policies, laws, and regulations. Contributes to the development of clinical guidelines, procedures, and programs to enhance quality and efficiency. Shares designated on-call responsibilities with other physicians in the assigned areas. Qualifications:

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. North Carolina Medical License. North Carolina Drug Enforcement Administration License. Community Information:
