Overview AdventHealth Medical Group seeks a dynamic and energetic Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing practice in Winter Garden, Florida, starting Q4 of 2026. The physician will help establish a PCI program at AdventHealth Winter Garden, primarily providing coverage there with the possibility to perform cases at AdventHealth Apopka and contribute to building the PCI program at Winter Garden. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, along with group call coverage as needed. This practice is affiliated with the AdventHealth Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute, one of the busiest centers of its kind in the country. We are a leading provider of cardiovascular and thoracic services among Medicare patients, with national rankings including #1 in Cardiology volume, #1 in Vascular Surgery volume, #5 in Thoracic Surgery volume, and #8 in Open Heart Surgery volume. The AdventHealth CVI is based at AdventHealth Orlando, featuring a newly opened Ginsburg Tower with 12 hybrid operating rooms dedicated to electrophysiology, vascular, and invasive cardiology. Requirements for the position: Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Cardiovascular Disease, and board certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology. Candidates should be high-caliber, quality-focused, and innovative. Strong communication skills are essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
