As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need a US-based Alliance Relationship Program Associate Director (ARD) who can work with SAP to manage the SAP partner programs – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the globe as well as across EY service lines and sectors. Your Key Responsibilities
Your role sits within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the SAP Partner Program ARD will work as part of the Global SAP Alliance teams, coordinating with Alliance Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within the alliance partner’s organization, and EY delivery practices to deliver upon the objectives of the alliance partner programs. Develop and execute SAP alliance partner program strategy Gain access to alliance SAP level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally, while driving local activation and compliance Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance for new programs (e.g., supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts) Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights This role location is flexible. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across the globe. The role will require some travel. Skills and Attributes for Success
Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support; strong relationship-building skills and highly organized Understanding of SAP technology and the business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services companies Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries Credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and a proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues What We Look For

The compensation ranges below are provided to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines. EY will develop you with future-focused skills and world-class experiences in a flexible, inclusive culture of globally connected teams. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range in the US: $168,700 to $324,800. In NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento): $202,500 to $369,100. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and PTO options. Hybrid work model: most client-facing roles are expected to be in-person 40-60% of the time over the engagement, project, or year.
