Some Things You Can Expect To Do
Train field staff, build, review, and assist with project schedules, implement and enforce safety programs.
Ensure that a high quality and quantity of work is completed on schedule and under budget.
Assist in project and personnel assignments and workload monitoring.
Mentor others, communicate effectively, make sound decisions, seek creative solutions, hold employees accountable, create Raving Fans, and sell additional work.
Assist in growing the regional field team.
Job Requirements
At least 15+ years of experience in mission critical construction (data centers).
Knowledge of current building codes, supervision skills, understanding of construction contracts, and familiarity with the local construction market.
Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
Willingness to travel to project sites across the US.
Eligibility
Verification of employment eligibility in the US.
Authorization to work in the US.

Compensation The salary range is $140,000 - $190,000 annually, with potential for additional compensation through incentives or commissions, depending on location and candidate qualifications.
