Client Service Associate

Clark Asset Management is the leading flat fee wealth management firm specializing in retirement income planning for high-net-worth individuals. Our mission is to help our clients achieve the feeling of relaxed confidence in their financial lives, while transforming the financial advice industry into a helping profession. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our high-net-worth client base and support our advisors. RESPONSIBILITIES

Schwab Account Operations

– Account Opening, Transfers, Move Money, Account Maintenance & Settings. As a fast-growing RIA, we are continually onboarding new clients.

Client Lifecycle

– Welcome new clients to CAM, get them set up in our systems, and remove them from our systems if the relationship is terminated. Call clients to confirm money movements and other requests.

Client Data & Documents

– Organize client files and folders (Box), input client data into spreadsheets and planning software (MoneyGuide Pro), update client data in our CRM (Wealthbox), etc.

“MUST HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate, OR

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate (in lieu of a degree)

1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian)

Experience maintaining client information in a CRM

Communication and Culture Very clear communicator (verbal and written)

Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail

Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)

Willing to learn and comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “I need help”

Consistently demonstrate our core values (Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility, & Tenacity)

Availability Must reside in the United States

Available to work 9AM to 5PM ET

“NICE TO HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in an RIA (preferably fee-only & growth oriented)

Familiarity with Schwab

Familiarity with wealth service CRMs (Wealthbox, Redtail, etc.)

Track record of effective remote work

Track record of thriving in a small company "start-up" culture

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Full-time W2

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with skills & experience)

Target Bonus: 5% of base salary
