This role is based in Boston and offers a hybrid work opportunity, focusing on providing high-quality client service to high-net-worth clients. Company Overview:
A fast-growing wealth management firm with over $4.5 billion in assets under management is seeking to add a Client Service Associate to their team. This role is based in Boston and offers a hybrid work opportunity, focusing on providing high-quality client service to high-net-worth clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary onboarding specialist for new wealth management clients, including managed accounts, private equity, and charitable accounts. Administer recurring and one-time requests for cashiering transactions such as wires, checks, EFTs, and capital calls. Coordinate with the operations group on data reporting and facilitate account updates and maintenance requests. Maintain the client relationship management system, Practifi, with current client information. Interact with custodial partners, Fidelity and Schwab, to facilitate client requests. Assist with assorted projects within the wealth management group as needed.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning, maintaining, and assisting with software systems. Previous experience with investment custodians, customer relationship management systems, and portfolio reporting systems is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000, Plus Bonus
