What to Expect

Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance features

Triage and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operation of mission-critical web systems

Contribute to web platform infrastructure projects to improve system health and performance

Participate in recruiting activities, including interviewing potential candidates

Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers on the team

What is Required

2-6 years of experience in a web-focused engineering role

Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+ and native DOM APIs, and familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)

Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks is a plus

Proven ability to work with design teams to build custom pages and components, focusing on performance and responsiveness

BS or MS in computer science or a related field

Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing
