Design and implement software following coding guidelines to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability Conduct software evaluation and testing for own code, team code, and third-party software Provide comprehensive technical documentation for software design, implementation, and testing Participate in design review meetings to ensure adherence to software development procedures Document and repair software-related errors Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibility in Research & Development roles Proficiency in Go, Java, or modern web frameworks (React/NodeJS, Spring, Ruby, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with source code management tools (e.g., GitHub) and work tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Preferred Qualifications
