The Divisional Director, Project Managers reports to the VP, Project Management Located in Omaha, NE Full-Time Hybrid Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project management division, setting clear goals, objectives, and priorities aligned with organizational strategy. Develop and implement strategies to optimize project management processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall divisional performance. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the project management team. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within the division, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize project outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and facilitate resolution of issues to maintain alignment and support for project objectives. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve strategic objectives. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to address evolving project requirements and priorities. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure divisional performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor89s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience. 12 83 15 years of experience in project management roles, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) certification a plus. Experience in industries such as construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Jira desirable. Ability to travel as needed for project requirements. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. The compensation range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is a general guideline. Pay will reflect the candidate89s qualifications and may be higher or lower based on geographic location and other factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
