Enterprise Architect Full Time / Permanent Position Atlanta, GA - Hybrid Work Schedule Are you a visionary technologist with a passion for aligning complex IT systems with business strategy? We're looking for two experienced Enterprise Architects to help shape and scale enterprise-wide technology solutions that support innovation, interoperability, and long-term success. These positions will be part of a new AI and emerging solutions team for with one of the largest healthcare providers in Georgia. As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll work closely with IT and business leaders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture frameworks. You’ll play a critical role in integrating new technologies, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring that all IT initiatives align with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Design enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support scalability, security, and business agility Conduct architectural reviews, technical risk assessments, and due diligence for new initiatives Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, principles, and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure architectural alignment Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across the technology landscape Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle Maintain clear documentation of architecture designs, standards, and roadmaps Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation Required Experience
7+ years in software engineering or software architecture Proven ability to deconstruct complex business problems into scalable technical solutions Deep expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Strong background in microservices, API management, DevOps, and containerization Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration strategies Solid knowledge of IT security, data governance, and compliance standards Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI / ML, IoT, and blockchain Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Project or product management experience Experience in healthcare platforms or regulated industries
