Houston, TX About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated
Associate Litigation Attorney
to join our established litigation practice. The position involves a diverse mix of
business, real estate, and employment litigation , with some potential exposure to general corporate matters. Key Responsibilities
Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal briefs with strong attention to detail.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
Take and defend depositions.
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide mentorship to junior team members when appropriate.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in Texas
and in good standing.
5+ years of civil litigation experience , with a strong knowledge of Texas state law and court procedures.
Excellent
legal writing and oral advocacy skills .
Prior experience conducting depositions and trial participation preferred.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Must be
based in Houston, TX
(in-office)
Candidates outside Texas or without Texas state court experience will not be considered.

Competitive salary starting at
$160,000-$200k+, commensurate with experience (depending on experience)
