Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
Receive phone calls, open and sort mail, coordinate mailings, including FedEx, and incoming packages and deliveries
Monitor the office supply state and order items as needed
Drop off and pick up of items requiring hand delivery
Coordinate food delivery as needed
Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions
Support office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and maintaining appearance of common areas
Assist with budgets and reports related to assigned duties
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience at and Oil and Gas Producer preferred.
Previous receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
