We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and hiring top talent for diverse positions within the automotive industry. This is a 100% on-site position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
• Develop and post job advertisements using platforms such as Paylocity and Indeed to attract skilled professionals.
• Focus on hiring for hard-to-fill positions, including operations roles, mechanics, and detailers.
• Manage recruitment for positions requiring outdoor work environments with exposure to elements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure effective candidate selection.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of applicants and streamline recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist in transitioning roles from contract labor to in-house employees as part of organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the corporate or automotive sector.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, such as Paylocity.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Experience recruiting for roles with unique requirements, such as outdoor work environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices in hiring.
