Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k - $80k Annually, plus unlimited variable commission.Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of agency/recruitment experience to perform the recruitment lifecycle for clients within our Direct Sourcing organization. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open positions across various departments. You will partner with hiring managers and resource managers to understand staffing needs, source and engage with top candidates, and oversee the selection process to deliver exceptional talent that aligns with our clients’ company values and goals. This position will work alongside a team 3 days a week in our Holmdel, NJ office.Responsibilities of the Lead Recruiter:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and/or MSP to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, identify, curate, and engage top candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Create strong candidate profiles to present for consideration.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Support coordination and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for all candidates.
- Assist in the creation and updating of job descriptions to reflect current requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent communities of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet and exceed KPI recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-start, and candidate quality.
- Maintain proper talent community organization, engagement, and curation.
- Assist in employer branding efforts, promoting Atrium and our clients as an employer of choice.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technology.
Required Experience/Skills for the Lead Recruiter:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven contingent recruitment experience, ideally servicing MSP-based clients.
- Experience working within the healthcare, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical industries.
- Skilled in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Lead Recruiter:
- Experience working within the healthcare, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience working within Direct Sourcing, MSP, or Staffing Agency.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Travel, when needed.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
