Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated

Quality Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and support customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Ensure products consistently align with customer requirements and specifications. Monitor workflows, processes, and product quality throughout production. Respond promptly to customer concerns using structured problem-solving methods (5 Why, 5P, 8D, etc.). Develop strategies and action plans to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Document all internal and external defects and implement corrective action plans. Provide direct support to internal manufacturing operations on quality-related functions. Drive and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Oversee and maintain Control Plans and customer-required inspection standards. Interpret product prints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately. Convert or revise customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal use. Support product qualification, reliability testing, and New Product Introduction (NPI). Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA). Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders. Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, dedicating at least six (6) hours per day to process and product monitoring Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related role (manufacturing or electronics industry experience a plus). Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma). Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with statistical or quality software a plus.
