in Central Ohio, is seeking an experienced
Estimator
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in preconstruction and support the delivery of successful commercial projects. What Youll Be Doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects from conceptual through final stages Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirements Develop accurate take-offs, material and labor pricing, and subcontractor comparisons Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies Support bid presentations and client meetings What Were Looking For: Minimum of 5 years experience as a construction estimator, preferably in commercial general contracting Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing Proficiency with estimating software and take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (DOE) Benefits package including healthcare, retirement plan, and PTO Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of projects Career growth in a supportive, team-focused environment If you have the right background and are looking for your next challenge, please apply today or reach out directly for a confidential discussion.
