TeleConsultants is hiring: Management Analyst in Scott Air Force Base

Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Management Analyst to support the Air Mobility Command (AMC) at Scott AFB, IL.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and coordinating Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents.

• Conducting studies/evaluations of requirements processes, designing prioritization procedures, analyzing user needs from Capability Base Assessments (CBAs), Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) and exercises, and preparing operations manuals/vignettes.

• Manage SharePoint for requirements prioritization, facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups (WGs), and prepare briefing materials.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years with Air Force JCIDS processes and mission planning systems.

• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II in Requirements Management or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience supporting Air Mobility Command (AMC) or AFLCMC programs, with expertise in integration with Global Air Mobility Support System (GAMSS) and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2).

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficient in SharePoint for prioritization.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word for document drafting, Excel for data tracking).

• Proficient with Air Force standards (e.g., AFI 63-101 for JCIDS).

• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

The nature of this position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a thorough background investigation.

The primary location for performance of the work will be Scott AFB, IL with occasional CONUS travel. Travel requirements updated 9/22/2025.
