A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school in Indianapolis, IN, for the uping school year on a contract basis. This role involves managing an elementary caseload and providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver tailored instructional strategies to support student learning and development.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to meet student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
