JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruiting Coordinator at Polaris Pharmacy Services will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by coordinating and facilitating the hiring process. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition strategy.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

  • Manage job postings on various job boards and the company's career page, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs, representing Polaris Pharmacy Services professionally.

  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting or human resources role.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY

  • Paid holidays are provided annually, with 6 days offered each year, along with 5 sick days.

  • Employees earn up to 10 PTO days each year, with rollover options and milestone bonuses.

  • Employees have the option to cash out up to 10 PTO hours each quarter for added financial flexibility.

Please note, because we are a pharmacy most of our locations are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
