Corporate Recruiting ManagerWe are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for a dynamic company. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of skilled tradespeople and contract workers, including welders, fabricators, and construction professionals. The position does not include direct people management but requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external staffing agencies. This position is 100% onsite in Northern Kentucky and will pay between $80K and $95K annually. Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all field and office roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies to source qualified contract workers and tradespeople.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in construction and welding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and agency performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company hiring policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Represent the company at job fairs, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles.
- Familiarity with working alongside external staffing agencies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and safety compliance in the construction industry.
- Experience recruiting welders, fabricators, and construction laborers.
- Background in high-volume or project-based hiring environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
