As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be integral in streamlining our recruitment process, assisting in the onboarding and off-boarding of personnel, and supporting various administrative functions for our legal professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruiting tools to post job openings and identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Manage and update the Eversheds Sutherland/Konexo job listing website and other platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Maintain and analyze talent acquisition statistics and employee retention metrics.
  • Update and maintain the Konexo candidate and client database (Bullhorn).
  • Perform conflicts checks, provide reference checks, and conduct background checks as necessary.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless equipment setup for new team members.
  • Handle contractor and vendor invoice submissions for efficient payment processing.
  • Assist in off-boarding processes, ensuring technology return and exit protocols.
  • Research and coordinate training and development opportunities.
  • Help organize employee recognition events and awards.
  • Update various databases and contribute to communication initiatives, such as announcements and newsletters.
  • Assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; an Associate's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or HR within a legal or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Experience in temporary legal staffing is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems is essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and is based in one of our offices located in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC. The salary for this position ranges from $51,700 to $99,200, commensurate with experience and other job-related factors.
