Luxury Custom Home Builder - Superintendent

Location: Delray Beach, FL

Package: Up to $125k + benefits (+$25k bonus)

We Search People are working in partnership with one of the best luxury custom home builders in Florida who also specialize large ground up custom homes up to $40 million - to identify an experienced luxury custom home superintendent to be based around Delray Beach, FL

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of luxury custom home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Manage site operations daily, including scheduling, inspections, and overall coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct thorough reviews of construction plans, specifications, and design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction
• Ground up experience
• 5+ years experience in a similar position
• Luxury custom home building experience is advantageous
• Worked on projects valued minimum of $10million
