Position Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager located in Heber City, UT with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, curating and creating content and managing social media platform strategies. The role includes creating and overseeing content for various platforms, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth. You’ll play a key role in how we tell stories, build community, and scale our reach. This position will work closely with design, engineering, operations and growth teams to bring ideas to life.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience in marketing strategy development and execution
- Skills in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Lightroom, Adobe Suite, Figma, Capcut
- Strong visual taste and understanding of home, design, or lifestyle content
- Analytical skills for market research and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the home building or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Create compelling, on-brand copy and post-ready videos and visuals.
- Track and analyze social metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to continually level up performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on overall campaign planning.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with HOWMZ’s tone, visual identity and standards.
