As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial marketing leader to help build this next chapter.


The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Cleverpup’s brand storytelling, community growth, and omnichannel marketing efforts. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends social media, partnerships, creative content, traditional marketing, and grassroots brand building. You'll help define how Cleverpup shows up across digital and real-world touchpoints, from Instagram to in-store demos to nonprofit activations.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage a cohesive content calendar spanning product launches, brand storytelling, education, and community moments
  • Own day-to-day content and community management across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Create and edit native short-form video content — both behind and in front of the camera Manage social media engagement including DMs, comments, tags, and community shout-outs Develop and maintain influencer relationships (both paid and unpaid), including briefing and content review
  • Build and maintain a growing UGC library to power both organic and paid campaigns
  • Pitch and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships across relevant lifestyle, retail, and nonprofit channels
  • Lead grassroots marketing strategy, including pop-ups, dog café takeovers, retail events, gifting activations, and nonprofit partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on in-store tools, signage, and co-marketing with key retailers
  • Support paid social creative development in collaboration with growth and performance teams Coordinate email and lifecycle marketing efforts with content and promotions
  • Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, content performance, and event impact


Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand management at a fast growing consumer products brand
  • Demonstrated experience growing and engaging brand audiences across multiple platforms
  • Strong creative instincts and excellent copywriting/storytelling skills
  • Confident creating video and photo content, editing with tools like CapCut or Adobe
  • Experience working on brand partnerships, co-marketing, or nonprofit initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — you can run a content calendar and launch schedule without missing a beat
  • Comfortable owning events or activations from planning through execution
  • Bonus: background in traditional brand marketing, PR, or shopper marketing

Compensation & Details

  • Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + equity participation Location: Based in New York City (in-person); occasional local travel for events and shoots required
