Product Marketing Manager Job at Ascendo Resources in Miami

Contract Role 3-5 months - Potential for more.

This role is focused on leading the execution of integrated marketing initiatives—direct mail, print advertising, and consumer promotions—ensuring each campaign is flawlessly delivered on time and within scope. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, production, and revenue teams, manage project workflows in Workfront, and guide a small team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of direct mail campaigns, brochures, and print advertising from brief creation to final approvals.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Act as the administrator for Workfront project management software and train new team members on its use.
• Collaborate with creative, production, revenue management, and database teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Oversee quality control, including proofreading and fact-checking for pricing, itineraries, offers, and other campaign content.
• Manage internal marketing team members (Marketing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator).
• Coordinate ad placements with external publications and handle all related administrative functions.
• Maintain sample archives and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Track, generate, and manage promotional QR codes with performance links.
• Continuously seek ways to improve campaign efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or print collateral project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Workfront experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
