Qualifications:

1. 12-15+ years of experience in leadership and effective communication
2. Domain expertise across Operations and Technology functions
3. Experience with large, complex implementation and transformation programs
4. Hands-on Business Analysis experience
5. Proficiency in technology architecture, workflow, and tools
6. Change Management skills
7. Payments expertise and understanding of payment flows
8. Knowledge of Markets, SSO, TTS, Lending products
9. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
10. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
11. Leadership qualities to foster collaboration
12. Adaptability and high emotional intelligence
