Cleaning Technician

The Cleaning Technician will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Specifically, they will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dust and clean ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces.
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
• Use vacuum equipment to clean carpets, perform additional treatments (i.e. shampoo carpets, stain-removal) as needed.
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
• Polish furniture and room accessories as needed.
• Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms.
• Keep all public spaces neat and tidy.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Report repairs and replacements when encountered on job.
• Perform ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
