We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting residents in a memory care setting, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and safety. You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care while bringing patience, pride, and heart to your work.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
- Assist with mobility and transport within the facility
- Accurately document care using electronic health record systems (ECP)
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized resident care plans
- Always protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Nursing Assistant training preferred
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
- Experience with electronic health records a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults
- Physical ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents
Schedule
- Part-time and PRN opportunities available
- Must be willing to work some holidays
- Must be willing to work weekend shifts
