We’re proud of our outstanding staffing ratios—just 10 residents and 2 caregivers on the night shift—allowing you the time and support to provide excellent, personalized care. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting residents in a memory care setting, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and safety. You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care while bringing patience, pride, and heart to your work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
  • Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
  • Assist with mobility and transport within the facility
  • Accurately document care using electronic health record systems (ECP)
  • Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized resident care plans
  • Always protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Nursing Assistant training preferred
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
  • Experience with electronic health records a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults
  • Physical ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents

Schedule

  • Part-time and PRN opportunities available
  • Must be willing to work some holidays
  • Must be willing to work weekend shifts
