Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Aurora, IL Grade Levels: Middle School Start Date: ASAP – May 29, 2026 Orientation: August 4, 2025 Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 hours/week Salary Range: $57,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and credentials About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support two middle schools in Aurora for the 2025–2026 school year. This onsite role offers a diverse caseload of students in both general and special education settings, alongside a strong team of school staff and fellow clinicians. With consistent support and collaboration, you’ll be set up for success while making a lasting impact on students’ academic and social growth. What You’ll Do
Conduct student evaluations and develop IEP goals and treatment plans Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services Maintain accurate data collection and documentation Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams Address a range of speech and language needs, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatics Serve as a speech-language liaison to school staff Caseload Details
Students served across two middle schools Diverse needs in both general and special education populations Collaborative, team-oriented environment Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR) Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required Why Join AnthroMed Education?
