JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Person I will be responsible for performing daily cycle counts, stocking, pulling materials, and supporting assembly operations by maintaining accurate inventory transactions in WDS. This role includes handling inbound and outbound shipments, staging materials, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and compliant with safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts (minimum 15% of inventory). Accurately and efficiently pick products from inventory to complete released work orders. Receive and process inbound shipments on the same day. Communicate discrepancies with purchasing team regarding pack slips and inbound material. Sort and stage castings, housings, and bar stock received from suppliers. Load outbound carriers (FedEx/UPS/LTL). Maintain a clean and organized receiving area. Work overtime and weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum 6 months of prior work experience in a warehouse and/or stockroom. Reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA (no relocation benefit offered). Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification. Previous experience with a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system. Position Criteria
Follow all safety guidelines and Life Saving Rules. Ability to read, write, and interpret invoices, bills of lading, and related documents. Knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally. Capable of handling heavy materials using push carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Ability to follow supervisor instructions, adapt to procedures, accept constructive feedback, and work under pressure. Availability for overtime when required.
