Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team and provide support in Fort Smith, AR.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform field technical product support Assist with installations and repairs or maintenance tasks of technology products Resolve customer technical issues and answer questions Keep record of system problems and issues Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience CompTIA A+ certification is a plus Experience with Large scale printers is a plus Good working knowledge of computers and computer systems Ability to learn quickly and maintain documentation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and handle scheduling the work queue efficiently Willing to work with others and share knowledge with the team Willing to learn, friendly and personable Able to keep a calm demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $16.00 - $22.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
