Shipping/ Receiving Operator – Mooresville, IN
Integrity Trade Services is seeking candidates on behalf of our client


Shift, Training, and Pay
  • Position: 1 Bulk Receiving Operator

  • Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Training: Conducted Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for approximately 45 days (training on days).

  • Schedule: After training, operators will move to a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend (example schedule provided).

  • Pay: $19.25 per hour


Role and Responsibilities

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Bulk Receiving Operators for our client in Mooresville, IN. The client is a growing manufacturing company that produces High Performance Resins for powder coating. We are seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to support the receiving department by verifying, unloading, and documenting incoming shipments of bulk raw materials.

This role involves working with rail cars, tankers, and trucks, while following standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory policies. Operators will be cross-trained to assist other departments as needed and play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Examine receiving contents and compare with manifests, bills of lading, and purchase orders to verify accuracy.

  • Offload/unload raw materials from vendor trailers, rail cars, and tankers using a sit-down forklift.

  • Stage and organize materials on the warehouse floor for production or storage.

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safe operating conditions.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of receiving materials.

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and general labor as needed.

  • Support company and customer service goals while meeting productivity and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Cross-train and assist in other areas of production/receiving as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills required.

  • Sit-down forklift experience required (certification needed).

  • Preferred: experience with raw materials, chemicals, bulk freight, shipping/receiving, and bill of lading documentation.

  • Preferred: railcar unloading experience (liquid railcar offload).

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
