Job Description
Pay: $18.00/hr | Full-Time | Monday – Friday (occasional weekends) 7:30am to 4pm

Job Summary
The Warehouse Administrator supports Warehouse Supervisors by managing customer orders, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring smooth dock and driver operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Manage shipping, receiving, and repack activities
Report overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate records
Use scan gun equipment to track inventory and assign to proper locations
Assign drivers to specific docks and communicate instructions via radio
Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring safety and accuracy
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel (required)
Experience with scan gun equipment, SAP/WMS systems preferred
Forklift experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely in a warehouse environment
Work Environment
This position requires time both in the office and on the warehouse floor. You will be working directly with freight companies, warehouse customers, material handlers, and truck drivers. Safety is always a top priority.
