About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its newly established philanthropic foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to fulfill the foundation's global mission, which is focused on education, health, and wellness. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing grantmaking and philanthropic initiatives, and fostering community partnerships. The Executive Director will also work closely with the Board and Leadership Team to ensure the foundation's activities align with the charitable goals of the parent organization, particularly in the area of employee engagement. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include strategic leadership, program development, financial and operational management, employee engagement, external relations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or corporate social responsibility, and a proven track record in strategic planning, grantmaking, and partnership development. They should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of corporate philanthropy and the nonprofit sector. A passion for community impact and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. The role also requires the ability to make data-driven decisions, manage a budget, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
