About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Services to lead the transformation of its services organization into a core business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a multi-disciplinary team that includes customer success, technical support, implementations, data migration, and professional services. This executive leader will own the full post-sale journey, with a focus on ensuring customers achieve rapid and measurable outcomes. The role involves standardizing service delivery, driving customer success, and maintaining quality and compliance in line with life-sciences expectations. The VP, Services will also be tasked with cross-functional leadership, particularly in partnering with product, sales, and marketing, and will be measured on various success metrics including time-to-value, NPS/CSAT, and revenue retention. Applicants for the VP, Services role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in building and leading enterprise SaaS services, with at least 5 years in a multi-functional team environment and full P&L accountability. A background in life-sciences software, particularly with hands-on experience in validated and regulated implementations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in standing up delivery methodologies, staffing models, and tooling, as well as experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a focus on talent and culture development are also key requirements. While not mandatory, experience with quality, regulatory, or clinical systems, and a background in integrating customer success with support and professional services, are considered advantageous.
