Responsibilities include leading the full business development lifecycle, maintaining a robust pipeline, and representing the firm at external events. The role also involves providing executive support, leading strategic advisory services, and driving technology and process improvement initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in real estate development and investment, who can effectively manage client relationships, communicate with stakeholders, and lead special projects. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field.
