The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance and stability of a diverse portfolio, including multifamily, senior, and commercial units. This role involves setting and ensuring the achievement of high standards of performance, service quality, and operational efficiency. The VP will also be accountable for the economic performance of the portfolio, with a focus on maximizing Net Operating Income, achieving property budget goals, and minimizing vacancies. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor property management teams. Candidates for the Vice President of Property Management position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of successful multi-site management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in affordable housing. The role requires a candidate with a 4-year college degree, and national industry designations in affordable housing are a plus. Experience in compliance with LIHTC, HUD-Section 8, RD, and Fair Housing is mandatory.
