Serve as project director for small to mid-size projects, managing budgets, timelines, and quality assurance Apply advanced expertise in psychometrics and conduct complex statistical analyses Maintain regular interactions with clients, presenting research findings and assessing client needs Foster team collaboration and mentor junior staff in assessment methodologies and statistical techniques Contribute to proposal development and provide strategic recommendations under minimal supervision Qualifications
Master\'s or doctoral degree in educational measurement, statistics, or quantitative psychology At least three years of experience in applied assessment research with expertise in Item Response Theory (IRT) methods Proven ability to independently manage projects, including budget oversight and team leadership Advanced proficiency in SAS or R programming for complex data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading projects involving diverse student populations and addressing equity issues in assessment Familiarity with emerging trends in educational assessment, such as artificial intelligence or computational psychometrics Track record of conference presentations and/or publications in educational measurement Strong project management skills, including budget forecasting and resource allocation #EducationalResearch #Consulting #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment
