Infosys is seeking a
Data, Analytics and AI Principal Consultant
for the US market. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for clients in a global delivery model, anchor engagement efforts from problem definition to solution design, development and deployment, and act as a thought leader in architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training and in-house capability building, and help shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet evolving global needs. Minneapolis, MN, USA Salary range: minimum 114,498 to maximum 148,847 Responsibilities
Lead engagements in data, analytics and AI initiatives for healthcare clients within a global delivery model. Anchor assignments from business process consulting and problem definition through solution design, development and deployment. Serve as a key advisor to architecture and design reviews. Lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet changing client needs; work as part of a team in a collaborative, diverse environment. Manage and coordinate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling, customized proposals aligned with client expectations. Manage client relationships at director/GM level and lead teams in a global delivery model. Experience in data platform transformation and migration to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks/Snowflake). Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN, or willing to relocate. Some travel to project locations may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education. At least 11 years of Information Technology experience. At least 5 years of experience in Data, Analytics and AI, preferably in the Healthcare domain. Deep understanding of healthcare processes, payer-provider dynamics, and regulatory frameworks (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Experience in account management for an account sized > $5M per annum and collaboration with Sales teams. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals; coordinate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams. Experience managing client relationships at Director/GM level and leading teams in a global delivery model. Experience in data platform transformation/migration to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks/Snowflake). Experience solving business problems in the relevant industry; understanding end-to-end functional flows of the customer business. Ability to create a business plan for expanding business, with understanding of opportunities, competition, and market dynamics. Continuous improvement mindset, innovation and growth orientation. Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of solutions, accelerators and value proposition in Data, Analytics and AI. Learnability and focus on new/emerging areas; ability to work in Agile environments. Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams comprising Business and Technology groups; experience in a global delivery environment. The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate by telephone, email or in person. Travel may be required as per job requirements. Benefits
