Lead Dental Assistant- CEREC Specialist We are a fast paced, patient focused Private dental office seeking a Lead Dental Assistant with advanced experience in CEREC design and milling. Responsibilities: Lead chairside assisting and support for restorative and cosmetic proceedures. Independently design, scan, and operate CEREC CAD/CAM technology Manage work flow, crown fabrication, and same day restorations Maintain sterilization protocols and organize clinical operations. Support and mentor dental assistants to ensure efficiency Qualilifications: Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience (lead role preferred) Proficient in CEREC scanning, design, and milling Strong multitasking and problem- solving skills Excellent chairside manner with patients Ability to thrive in fast paced, high- quality care enviroment We value our employees so we rarely have anyone leave our practice.
