Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant – Surgical & CEREC Experience Required Location: central phoenix Schedule: Monday 7 Am - 4 PM , Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM About Us: Our office is a fast-paced, high-tech dental practice focused on implants, general dentistry, and Invisalign. We are passionate about delivering top-tier care and results using the latest technology, including CEREC same-day crowns. Our team is committed to patient education, comfort, and long-term oral health. We are currently seeking a reliable, committed Dental Assistant with strong experience in surgical procedures and CEREC, who is also confident in patient communication and efficient in clinical and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Assist during surgical procedures, including implants and extractions Operate and assist with CEREC same-day restorations (scanning, designing, milling) Take full-mouth X-rays (FMX) efficiently – in under 10 minutes Confidently present and input treatment plans in Dentrix Prepare and maintain a sterile operatory and surgical instruments Support patient education and comfort before, during, and after procedures Help manage daily clinical flow and work as part of a fast-paced team Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant Dependable, organized, presentable, and comfortable with patient communication and rapport Strong familiarity with Dentrix software – especially treatment planning Confident, clear communicator with patients and team members Ability to perform FMX quickly and accurately (under 10 minutes) Certified Dental Assistant (RDA or CDA based on state requirements) Current CPR certification What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing education opportunities Modern, digital office with cutting-edge technology Energetic, supportive, and growth-oriented team environment you can reach out to us to stop by our office , central valley dentistry and implants 6232 n 7th st. looking forward to connect and welcome you to our dental family. this is not an office for someone who is not used to fast pace or operates on mediocracy . we have high expectation of our team to provide excellence. attitude and great work ethics are paramont. #MNSTR
