ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Ensure internal/external customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service, by demonstrating courteous and respectful behavior. Follow department work order process and procedure for assigned job tasks and assignments. Perform repairs to facility structure or building modifications as assigned by the supervisor for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or welding needs. Maintain structural aspects for designated resort roadways, parking lots, walkways, and external lighting fixtures as assigned. Assist with the inspection and maintenance of the various facility fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems as scheduled or instructed by the supervisor. Perform scheduled inspection and maintenance of emergency lighting, signage, and life safety systems for various facilities as assigned. Perform daily inspections of light bulbs and lighting systems in the casino, hotel, and golf course facilities and replace them as necessary. Assist with inspection and maintenance of swimming pool and spa equipment, chemical levels, and related systems. As assigned by the director or supervisor, coordinate or assist with activities or set up for special events, promotions, or conferences. Assist Facility Engineers HVAC or Electrician with repairs, maintenance, or installation as requested or assigned. Coordinate to secure work areas for the safety of the public, employees, co-workers, or vehicles. Promote a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly report all concerns or deficiencies to the supervisor while taking the necessary precautions to prevent injury to employees or customers. Provide training for the operation and use of equipment, power tools, or hand tools to subordinates. Operate and maintain vehicles, motorized equipment, power or hand tools, and other equipment safely. Keep FM shop and tools organized, clean, and free of unsafe debris or liquids. Follow department policy and procedure for tools and equipment check-in/out, and assist with inventory verification as assigned. Promptly report damages, defects, or unsafe conditions that may cause injury to the supervisor. Comply with regulatory laws, WRC employee handbook, department policy and procedures, OSHA standards, and safety codes. Acquisition of supplies and materials from local vendors as needed for work orders utilizing WRC and FM dept. policies and procedures. Assist with seasonal duties such as snow/ice removal, landscaping, or pest control coordination. Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as assigned. Other related duties as assigned. None. SIGNATORY ABILITY :

As approved in written form by FM Director or WRC Management. ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS :

As allowed per WRC internal controls, when accompanied by security or as authorized by the head department. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Two (2) years of documented experience or training in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building construction, building maintenance, or a similar field of work. Effective communication skills - verbally instructs, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities. Work history that demonstrates a strong and good attendance record. Stand, bend, lift, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs. (with assistance as needed), work in environments with variable air quality (including areas with smoke exposure), work outdoors in adverse weather, and perform work using legs, arms, hands, and fingers. Work at elevated heights of ten (10) feet or more or in tight or restricted areas. Flexible schedule to work day, swing, shift, weekends, and holidays. Requires a Low-Security Gaming License clearance per tribal/state gaming regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate or license in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, building design, building operation, or building repair and maintenance. Possess a valid driver’s license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements. High School Diploma or GED. EPA 608 HVAC Certification. OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent. Forklift/Scissor lift certification. CPR/First Aid certification. Experience with CMMS/Prism or work order software. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
