The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate production operations, supporting operational reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production department. This role requires a strong understanding of operations in a manufacturing company, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in our Philadelphia plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile and close the process orders daily. Perform cycle counts daily of ingredients and packaging to achieve 100% counts monthly. Calculate Batch to Fill yield on a weekly basis. Run reports to report out daily to stay aligned on product dumps and dairy standardization. Maintain current inventory of Salvage/White Rework Inventory. Create ingredient and packaging needs list for production from Dry warehouse. Creation of the process orders daily. Support in administrative production tasks. Support in production/scheduling duties. Ability to analyze data and develop suggested resolutions to issues. Ability to multitask and meet hard deadlines. Ability to communicate with all team members regarding discrepancies with reconciliations. Follows GMP and PMO regulations and guidelines. Other duties as assigned. All employees are expected to support the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program by following food safety and quality procedures, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and reporting any concerns. Team members must understand their role in the SQF System, complete required training, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality products. BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operational roles. At least 1 year of experience in SAP. At least 1 year of experience in MS Excel. Bachelor's Degree preferred. COMPETENCIES:
