JOB SUMMARY
The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests while ensuring smooth daily operations of the workplace. This role manages front desk responsibilities, visitor management, and supports a variety of administrative and office functions. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact for workplace services, supporting on-site meetings, events, and department needs to maintain an efficient and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to incoming customers, visitors, and colleagues. Greet and connect visitors and guests with their designated TriNet host in a professional manner. Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally. Order and maintain office supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Provide backup support for mail distribution and scanning services. Manage the Visitor Management process, including check-in and distribution of security access badges. Assist with preparing documents, presentations, printing, and scanning for departmental needs. Coordinate on-site meetings and events, including securing conference rooms and catering support. Collaborate as an active team member to achieve Workplace Services goals. Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in front desk, office administration, or workplace services role. Experience with visitor management systems and security processes.
