Every other weekend Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1,770 - $1,900 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan BLS certification (Basic Life Support) Minimum 2 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment Psychiatric RN Responsibilities
Assess patient care needs and develop individualized psychiatric care plans with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Deliver and coordinate nursing care for individuals and groups in an inpatient behavioral health unit Educate patients and families on mental health care plans, discharge planning, and aftercare needs Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff Document and report patient information according to healthcare policies and procedures Monitor and report any potential risks to patient safety Serve as a clinical leader, delegating and coordinating staff assignments Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered approach in psychiatric nursing Support and uphold the mission and values of the healthcare organization through professional conduct
