Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Functional Epicor P21 Analyst to support a fast-growing Manufacturing & Distribution client. This person will be responsible for streamlining end-to-end workflows and documentation.
Requirements:
• Ability to map processes end-to-end and explain downstream impacts across modules/screens.
• Experience with UAT, training, documentation, and user support.
• Functional understanding of Epicor P21 modules: Wireless warehouse management system (WWMS), Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Master Data Management.
• Curious, self-driven learner who can ramp quickly in lean IT environments.
Desired: • Exposure to SQL for triage and reporting • Experience in distribution or logistics
Responsibilities: • Serve as the functional SME for Epicor P21, guiding end-users and operations on system capabilities and process flows. • Support ERP projects, integrations, and process improvements. • Conduct UAT, training, and documentation for changes and enhancements. • Collaborate with IT, business partners, and vendors to solve issues and implement improvements.
