8 Hour Days (11:00 AM - 7:30 AM) Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license At least 1 year of recent experience in acute rehab nursing or related clinical specialty Completion of onboarding and compliance documentation (background check, health screenings, skills checklist) Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and critical thinking skills Rehab RN Responsibilities
Interpret and implement medical care plans for rehab patients in an acute setting Assess patient conditions and make informed clinical decisions regarding nursing care Deliver individualized, safe, and competent patient care Maintain accurate, detailed nursing reports and medical records Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Record patients' medical information and vital signs Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Consult and coordinate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and standards
