Leave of Absence Coordinator
to support employees through their leave journeys, including Short-Term Disability (STD), FMLA, and ADA processes. This is a
hybrid
opportunity with a well-established organization that values growth, development, and employee care.
What You'll Do:
Leave Administration Support Assist employees through the
STD, FMLA, and ADA
leave processes Manage
high-volume inbound calls
and document interactions in the leave system Track leave status, follow up on documentation (e.g., certifications, extension requests) Resolve discrepancies and maintain organized records Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to ensure timely updates on leave status Mail Support
Sort and scan incoming mail into the system Determine proper document routing and update systems accordingly What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree
and at least
1 year of HR or leave administration experience Familiarity with
FMLA
and other federal/state leave regulations is a plus Strong customer service skills -you enjoy helping others! Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why You'll Love It: Hands-on HR experience in a
